Schedule

DAY 1

 

  • Check in and Introductions
  • Welcome drinks, snacks and smoothies (available all day)
  • Exploration of the grounds including our herb gardens with Finca La Gloria’s owner and curator Daniel
  • Dynamic Bootcamp Pilates on reformers and stretch under the trees after travelling
  • Delicious al fresco dinner using local seasonal organic produce
  • Sound bath and meditation

 

Day 2

 

  • Coffee, tea and energising smoothies
  • Silent farming, picking produce for breakfast
  • Breakfast and demonstration of nutrients in the food we are eating 
  • Reformer Pilates Class 
  • Lunch
  • Free time; relaxation by the pool, duo private Pilates classes on reformers, massages
  • Dinner using local seasonal organic produce
  • Ying Yoga Restorative Hour followed by a sound bath 

 

Day 3

 

  • Coffee, tea and energising smoothies 
  • Yogalates in the Courtyard
  • Buffet breakfast
  • Cork Forest walk and meditation in the surrounding cork forest
  • Lunch
  • Free time; relaxation by the pool, duo private Pilates classes on reformers, massages
  • Dinner
  • Stretching and meditation 

 

Day 4

 

  • Coffee, tea and energising smoothies
  • Breakfast picnic 
  • Visit to the nearby famous surf town Tarifa and enjoy a Pilates class on a Paddle board on the sea
  • Free time; relaxation by the pool, duo private Pilates classes on reformers, massages
  • Dinner using local seasonal organic produce
  • Pool Soundbath and lights show

 

Day 5

 

  • Coffee, tea and energising smoothies
  • Sunrise yoga
  • Buffet breakfast
  • Dynamic Bootcamp Pilates on reformers 
  • Journaling and gratitude circle 
  • Grand Goodbye Lunch
